Inspect the fixings (hooks and ropes) periodically — especially after monsoon season — and tighten any loose points. We provide a comprehensive 3 to 5 years warranty on all our net installations. This warranty covers defects in materials (net tearing, hook corrosion, rope fraying), workmanship issues (improper fitment, sagging) and any structural failures under normal usage conditions. If you experience any issue within the warranty period, contact us and we will send a technician to inspect and rectify the problem free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by deliberate force, fire or extreme unforeseen events.
